Bogo Liv Flood Relief 2025 Campaign - Terms & Conditions

Campaign Overview
1. The Bogo Liv Flood Relief Campaign (“Campaign”) is a limited-time initiative by Bogo Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“WE / US / OUR”) under which 50% of net revenue generated from eligible membership purchases will be contributed towards flood relief efforts. Customers qualify by purchasing a new membership, renewal, discounted membership, or upgrade through the Bogo Liv app during the campaign period.
Campaign Duration
1. This Campaign is valid from 1st September 2025 to 30th September 2025. We reserve the right to extend, modify, or terminate the Campaign earlier at our sole discretion without prior notice.
Eligibility & Qualified Purchases
1. To qualify and generate a contribution, a purchase must be:
  1. A new membership purchase
  2. A membership renewal
  3. A membership upgrade
  4. A purchase made using a valid promotional discount
2. Exclusion: Complimentary memberships or memberships activated via membership keys, gift codes, or any other method not involving a monetary transaction are not eligible.
Contribution Details
1. Contribution Amount: Fifty percent (50%) of the Net Revenue per eligible purchase
2. “Net Revenue” is defined as the final amount received by us for a membership, after deducting:
  1. All applicable taxes (e.g., Sales Tax)
  2. Payment gateway and processing fees
3. The final contribution amount is calculated on the aggregate Net Revenue from all eligible purchases after the Campaign Period concludes.
Utilization of Funds
1. All contributions will be donated to one or more registered and vetted non-profit organizations or government relief funds dedicated to flood relief in Pakistan.
2. The selection of recipient organization(s) will be at our sole discretion, based on factors including their operational credibility, transparency and the immediate needs of affected communities.
General Conditions
1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time at our sole discretion.
2. Our decisions regarding all matters related to this Campaign, including the interpretation of these Terms, eligibility of purchases, and selection of beneficiary organizations, shall be final and binding.
3. This Campaign is void where prohibited by law.
4. Participation is subject to the Bogo Liv app’s general Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
