1. Campaign Overview

   The Bogo Hai Scan & Win: Iphone 17 Pro Max Campaign  (“Campaign”) is a limited-time promotional campaign that rewards eligible users with a chance to win an Iphone 17 Pro Max through a lucky draw. To qualify, users must perform at least 10 scans and successfully redeem offers via the Bogo Liv app during the month of October 2025.

2. Definitions
   1. User: An individual who has registered on the Bogo Liv app and holds an active Platinum, Gold or Classic membership at the time of participation in the Campaign.
   2. Partner Merchant: A business or merchant location that has an active partnership with Bogo Liv and accepts offer redemptions via the Bogo Liv app.
   3. Scan: The act of scanning a partner QR code via the Bogo Liv app at a Partner Merchant.
   4. Redemption: The successful application of an offer obtained through a scan, resulting in a discount or benefit at a Partner Merchant.
   5. Draw: The process of selecting winners randomly from eligible participants.
3. Eligibility
   1. The Campaign is open to individuals aged 18 years or older who reside in Pakistan and hold a valid CNIC or passport.
   2. To qualify for the Iphone 17 Pro Max draw, a user must perform at least 10 scans and redeem the offers via the Bogo Liv app from 1st October 2025 till 31st October 2025.
   3. Only scans performed at participating Partner Merchants within Pakistan are eligible.
   4. Customer should have purchased a membership.
   5. Qualifying users will receive 1 entry into the Draw. Additional scans will not increase their chances.
4. Winner Selection & Draw Process
   1. Winners will be selected via a computerized random draw from the pool of eligible users.
   2. The draw will be held in the first week of November 2025, and winners will be announced shortly after through Bogo Liv’s official channels.
   3. Bogo Liv reserves the right to increase the number of winners or offer additional prizes at its sole discretion.
   4. A user may win only once during the course of the Campaign.
   5. Winners will be announced via the Bogo Liv app, website, or official social media channels.
5. Notification & Prize Claim
   1. Winners will be contacted via phone, email, or in-app notification.
   2. Prizes must be claimed within 15 days of notification. Failure to do so may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
   3. Bogo Liv may require proof of identity and verification of scans and redemptions before awarding the prize.
6. Prize Details
   1. The prize comprises an Iphone Pro Max, with following specifications:
      1. Model: Iphone 17 Pro Max
      2. PTA Approved
      3. Storage: 256GB
      4. Colour: Based on market availability
   2. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
   3. All prizes will be awarded by Bogo Technologies (Private) Limited under the brand name of Bogo Liv.
   4. Bogo Liv reserves the right to substitute the prize with an equivalent offering at its discretion.
7. General Conditions
   1. Bogo Liv reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign or its structure at any time, without prior notice.
   2. Participation in the Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
   3. Any form of manipulation, or misuse of the app will result in disqualification.
   4. In case of any dispute, the decision of Bogo Technologies (Private) Limited shall be final and binding.
